Inspiration

• Some leftover pieces just looked at me and said, make a stone pillar out of me. And so I did.

Howto

When I made my cork tray, I had to cut a bunch of holes and thus got a bunch of round foam pieces round about the same size.

So I glued 4 pieces for each pillar onto a square piece. Then cleaned it up a bit (not too much) and cut out some pattern at the base.

Once the mod podge base was dry, I painted using a black primary coat, then grey which I stippled with brown dots using a q-tip. Should probs use a sponge for that but didn’t have one. Then add a decent white dry brushing to the whole thing.

Lastly, add some flocking and grass bits to make it look overgrown. Should be useful for ruins and should fit well with the portal.
